Schloss Benrath, the baroque palace on the edge of Düsseldorf, hosted The Art of Johnny Depp, a survey of around 60 works. It brought together original paintings and selected limited editions, moving between Neo-Expressionism, Pop Art and autobiographical symbolism.
Among the highlights was Five, an edition reflecting an especially difficult chapter in Depp's life, marked by a tally mark. Another recurring figure was the Bunnyman, drawn from a dream that Depp and his son Jack each experienced independently.
